Anti-recoil for sniper in Halo 4

I came across a video of another company's modded controller, showing what it did in Halo Reach. Well, I am wondering if anyone is able to do it in Halo4. They were able to spam the sniper rifle with NO recoil. When you fire the sniper, it recoils up, and stays there. So you need to adjust if you need to take two shots. They made it where you could run a whole clip and fire at the same spot.

Is there anyone that knows how to do this and be able to do it for the sniper in Halo 4?

Yeah you can do it, in the macro library they have scripts for anti recoil on the retro lancer from gears of war 3 which has way more recoil than any other gun. I'm sure you can on the sniper for halo 4
