automatic weapons on black ops

will putting a really high SPS (shots per second) mod block you on a automatic weapon? (black ops)

if you put it on a fully auto weapon it will usually cause it to stutter or shoot slower.

The only purpose for using rapidfire with a full-auto gun would be to conserve ammo and slow down the firing.

In Call of Duty World at War, if you had rapidfire enabled while shooting a rapidfire gun, you would get mod blocked until the next match.

Yeah in MW3 Im pretty sure ( if fast enough) it will shoot just like a stock weapon. It will no exceed the limit of SPS on the gun.

i want to slow down the automatic weapons not make them shoot faster would i be able to slow it down without burst firing?

You don't need burst firing for black ops if you just want to slow down an automatic weapon, just enable rapidfire on RT. Just mess around with the SPS for w/e gun you are using and basically anything under 10 SPS will slow the gun down a good amount. Test out some numbers ntil you find a speed that doesn't make the gun skip.
