Well, first of all, is your controller under warranty still?
If so, I would recommend sending it back.
If not, then things can get a little more interesting. There's a few videos on the internet that offer advice. One that I've personally used on controllers is this method.

Just use a little bit of windex on the controller and the buttons no longer stick.
HOWEVER, I have never used this method on my Viking controller. And I cannot guarantee that this won't harm your macro components. I'd imagine if it doesn't harm the controller it won't harm the macro components, but like I said, i can't be sure.
Odin, Do you know if the components in windex are safe with the macro components by any chance? If you're not sure, are there any cleaning solutions that would be?
