I can't beleive the petty things you guys on xbox are banned for! I've never even heard of a PSN ban... And M1A1 has tenth presteige with 200 kills. That's obviously hacked.

Because playstation network is free so they don't care.but because XBL is a payed network they try to keep it fair for all players... It's like the expression "you get what you pay for"...basicly you pay for the rule enforcements of XBL

I think its because people report you on XBL for modded names. Its not the modded names that get you banned, it is anything that is bad that is on your bio that M$ sees when they check out your account for what the other people reported you for.

Well I would have to say, I only ever wished I could report someone once. I don't think it's really that big of a problem. Microsoft just manages with an iron fist. Reall, who cares if somone else moded tenth? It doesn't affect me.

MS has these rules and enforcment team in place to protect the youth. tyipically most of these bans are done due to prfanity, or advertising websites. (not just modding sites) It is against the MS terms of use to advertise anything other than autherised microsoft products, and you can only do that with thier expressed writen approval. If your bio reads : "www.viking360.com ftw" it is the same as saying go to this http://www.?pornosite.com in the eyes of microsoft. they dont distinguish between the two web sites.

no, its done by volunteers and forum based much like me with this site.

the money they make from parents who are ensured thier kids are safe from people would make up for it anyway.

Put something random in your bio, I read the side of my Coors light bottle and put that in there
