Banned if you use jitter online? [ Black Ops ]

Hey guys, I'm just wondering, I know it's safe to use standard rapid fire for multiplayer, but is it safe to use jitter online. I don't know if I use jitter like once I'll be banned quick, i know the black ops banning sticky says a modded controller is an accessory and you won't get banned for using jitter, but its pretty obvious in game. So, if you could, can any of you tell me if it's safe to use jitter online? Thanks, peace.

100% safe, I have used jitter uncountable times in black ops! I always get the final killcam as well! Everyone always says they will report me. This has happened a million times, and no banning whatsoever.

Correction...

No modded controller is "100% safe". No modded controller is "100% undetectable". However, Viking is the safest of any of the modded controllers because customers can customize their own macros and try to make the glitch look more 'humanized' or different than other modded controllers.

Also, if a glitch or something gets patched by XBOX live, and we can make an update to our macros to get around the patch, you'll have it instantly (just download it off the macro library).

Legal disclaimer: Now with that said, no Viking customers to-date have ever been banned for using modded controllers. And I don't expect they ever will. But in the unlikely event it does happen, Viking360 is not responsible or liable in any way, i.e. we don't go and pay you back for your XBOX live subscription fees or the emotional trauma you would suffer for being kicked out of XBOX live. I would like to see some of you try to go to our competition who claim "100% undetected!" and ask them to send you a signed letter that the mods are indeed 100% undetectable and that they are so confident, that they'll pay for your XBOX live subscription fees and civil court damages if you ever get banned.

also if you read your legal ULEA that you agreed to with microsoft(now you COULD but unlikelyget banned from black ops servers for modded controllers) the ULEA states no console modding nothing against peripheral modding. also at PAX 2009 major nelson and the live enforcement team stated "it is up to game developers to emplace restrictions and blocks against modded peripherals that enhance the game for there benifit microsoft can and will do nothing against these people with altered peripherals"

So should I or should I not use jitter based on your opinions, because you technically can use "jitter" in game without needing a mod.

USE JITTER

He is 100% correct, YOU WILL NOT GET BANNED FOR USING JITTER. To date, no one has ever been banned but like odingalt said,

Best quote, thanks. Yeah the burden is on the game developer and if they started banning modified peripherals pretty soon they wouldn't be able to sell games to anybody
