Berserker App error (windows) - ordinal 345 and COMCTL32.dll

When i launch the Berserker Forge app i'm getting an error message saying - The ordinal 345 could not be located in the dynamic link library COMCTL32.dll

This is the first time im having this issue. I installed the app again but still having the same issue and i cant download the runes on my berserker.

please help

What is your operating system? (The app won't run on Vista, though if you are on Vista, I believe I have an older version of the app that might run on Vista.)

Scratch that it looks like you are on Windows 7. Windows 7 is fine. Doing some researching as I have not seen this error message before.

Are you running anything custom on your operating system like a custom shell? Also another silly question but trying to get ideas, does this computer have at least SP1 (Service Pack 1)?
