i had to send my Berserker back to have a Tac switch replaced. I got the controller back in less than 2 weeks and that was during the holidays as well. The controller came back looking brand new and the paddles feel great. Thanks Viking for taking care of your customers. I have dealt with other companies and Viking destroys their customers service in every aspect.
