BIG problem!

My LB came defective! I didnt notice till i started playing skyrim. It seems that the connection from the button to the reciever thingy isnt very good. It works sometimes but 95% of the time it doesent. And it's poopoo to get killed by drougr scorges n stuff because of no sprint. Can you guys fix this for me please? And how do i send it back?

Lol it needed new batteries! xD Still a bit glitchy on skyrim but waaaay better. Nothing to worry about. If it gets bad again even after a replace the batteries ill send it in to get fixed but nothing i cant handle right now. Plus even if i wanted to send it in i couldnt. I requested a password change cuz i couldnt find the password ANYWHERE. Then i found it but it was too late because they had allready changed it aaaaand of course never recieved the new one in my email account. Can anyone help me with that?
