We don't really take custom requests, we just build them all the same way and stock them on the shelf. We got burned out doing made-to-order controller mods, beause it was impossible to keep up with orders with all the custom requests coming in. Plus the more we deviate from our 'standard' install the more risk that something can go wrong with the install (ending up in a return that we have to cover under warranty). We build them a certain way on purpose - part of our design is for reliability.

Sorry we coulnd't be more accomodating!

Well this customer could get this done, that's if only Viking was nice enough to sell some chips to East-Seattle-Electronics........ :mrgreen:
