Can i get a Macro controller fixed?

hey guys. i was wondering is it possible to get macro controllers fixed? i did send in a support ticket the other day but didn't get a reply back so im hoping i get a faster response here. if so then how much would it cost? i recently found my controller just dead for no reason.

Just wait on the Support ticket because the people in the shop don't check the forums that often.

Actually they never check the forums it wont take them too much longer to get to you. Keep in mind standard shop fee is 50$ you also have to pay for shipping to their warehouse. Once the support system answers you they should give you an estimate. Make sure your controller has never been opened as that voids the warranty!

Thanks. it hasn't been opened at all. how long does it usually take to respond to tickets. a year ago they usually respond the next day.

It just matters on how busy the shop is and how often they check the tickets. It shouldn't be that long they're pretty good with customer service.
