can't activate turbo knife

Hi I just got back from vacation and I saw the 1.3 update, download it , then updated my controller. When I hold mod switch + Back button + melee attack nothing happens :S. don't know what to do. I even redownloaded the update firmware tool just in case. still using the 1.0 tool and the 1.3 custo... tool

yes, but LED 3 does not activate when I hold mod switch + Back button + melee attack, I mean it doesn't twinkle

I see your issue follow this: To activate Turbo Melee, hold mod switch + hold THROW LETHAL + tap MELEE attack. The Player 3 LED will twinkle to let you know that you've activated turbo melee.
