Hi, so yesterday i bought me a macro controller but before i did i downloaded the program to look at it and learn the basics. Then after i bought the controller my comp messed up(program or buying controller had nothing to do with this) so i decided to reboot my computer from the start. so as default my computer doesnt have net framework which you need to run the macro software but now when i try to download net framework it says "unknown error occured and stops the instalation". im really frustrated so if anyone knows how to fix this i will be very appreciative 
PS my comp did have net framework before and i installed it perfectly fine so idk what the problem is this time
