I am going to be doing a viking DIY install on a CG2 controller. using an optocoupler for switched power. anyone done any work with these controllers yet? I will do a pinout for the viking chip if there is not one. let me know if this would be helpful.
speaking of pin outs and tuts all I see is gameroms old chip tut, although its a nice read the info is out dated and should be replaced with a new tut or atleast a pinout of the controller contacts showing the new chip and the newer cg2 controllers.
I went east seatle and the tut has like the first two steps which dont help much.
Am I missing this information? is it burried somewhere in the forum? If so it should be stickied to the top of DIY for people to use.
