Well last night i thru in my COD WAW in and i was forced to update it ??

Any one know what is the update about ??

It was just a normal update for the game. Nothing to do with RF controllers. And it might have been for the New map pack3, but that doesn't come out tell August.

There was a new patch on 7/26/2009 in the morning. I'm thinking the patch you took on 7/14 was actually an older patch - had you not played the game in awhile?

new patches dont affect rapidfire, but they have tried to patch rapidfire with the patch or "hotfix" that came with each of the 1st 2 map packs. and i look for them to try something else with release of MP3. Activision is trying to figure this out before the release of MW2 so look for several new patches to try to stop it. That way when MW2 drops they will have the best patch poss to stop RF
