Controller Problem

My controller is all ways pressing and hold RT even with nothing load onto the controller apart from a button reassignment Y (assigned to RT2)
anyone else having this problem

What happens if you load a 'clean sheet' (blank sheet) into the controller with aboslutely nothing assigned? Just asking because if you keep editing past .VKS files it seems like they can get corrupt, not sure if this is because they were possibly carried over from the earlier versions of the software that had the problem or...
