Controller Problems?

When i'm playing with my controller it tends to change pages do to but i'm doing. For instance i'll be using my rapid fire and my LED's with start to dim and it will go back to the first page. (Off note my play and charge kit won't work anymore it stopped working after the first couple weeks and i was wondering if anyone knew what was wrong?)

First off buy some new fresh aa batteries. Try using those. Try then updating your firmware and re put on your macro set to your controller. Then try buying a new play and charge kit and see if that works. If the problem still occurs let me know.
