Controller problems

My LEDs dont turn on anymore and my joysticks are really messed up. when I press up on them it does the motion like I go down then up. how can this be fixed?

Sounds like the same problem I'm having here minus the inverted sticks.

Joysticks messed up - if you've had your controller for awhile, the thumbsticks wear out over time or if you have "heavy hands" (we've actually seen a few customers strong enough to snap the thumbstick clean off). They may quote you a repair price for replacing the joysticks. Replacing the joysticks is a tedious task.
