the bottom of my controller shell is broken and i cant use my controller because the connectors move because the plastic is cracked is there any way i can mail it in ? and how much is this gonna break my pockets?

Did you modify the controller in any way? Or did it break by itself?

no i never modded the controller in anyway it just cracked

It's the weekend. We usually just reply on weekdays, but you may get a response on the weekend. And sometimes you'll have to wait 48 hours.

Not receiving a response in under 24 hours is not a rarity. Especially since it is a weekend! Please be patience.

oh i am i seen the other guys 6+page rant and i am not one of those guys i deal with those type of people everyday i am in the food industry so i know customer service very well i have purchased a diy chip and a controller and i strongly recommend all products i just wanna get mine fixed so i can put boots to asses on nov 8

i have sent my controller to east seattle electronics to be repaired hopefully all will be well and i will get it back in time for MW3
