Controller software issues

I am having issues with the program you download off your computer to download your controllers. I am using Windows 10. It won't download at all.

Greetings. Would you be able to post a screenshot showing the error message you're receiving? It sounds like your browser or anti-virus software is trying to stop the download?

There is nothing wrong with the download. What is your issue?

Me? Nothing. Just prefer to know solutions should it happen in the future is all.

I would assume that windows 10 blocked the download cause it could not verify the SSL. you have to click the More option then click download anyway. (this all depends on your pc settings)
