They use brand new controllers but they take them out the the packaging because they need to mod the controller.

I can tell you this the controllers are brand new but they are used for testing only, they do play with the controller and test it 3 times to make sure it works right and that there are no problems so the customer is happy once received.

You know what your right about this comment that you made.
But, I am a eye-witness that can vouch for Viking360 and say that they do indeed only sell brand new controllers....
When I say brand new, I mean Brand new... Even on the custom designed shells, everything on the inside of the controllers is brand new....
