Could I get some reviews?

EDIT: Alright so now I know that the controller is 109$ and it's 41$ for shipping and handling, not including taxes.

Now before I make my final decision wether or not to purchase the tyr's hand modded controller, what would you do if you wanted to buy the 109$ controller and you ended up paying 170$ for total, that includes shipping and handling with tax and the controller.

Is this website a scam?

Basically I want your opinion on the questions above and some reviews on controllers you've bought, Tyr's hand buying preferably but any other controllers as well are fine.

Because I don't want to receive something defective.

Let's say I do receive something defective, if I returned it, I'd have to pay another 41$ for it to be shipped back to me??

I recently just purchased a Thor's Hammer, reason being, I wanted to reprogram my controller whenever I wanted, and when I heard I get free updates that pretty much sold right there.

To answer your questions...

1) I've had my Thor's Hammer for a month now and I've had no problems, other than the controller un-syncing with my xbox occasionally. Sometimes when changing modes it will un-sync the controller.
2) The controller comes with different modes programmed already and very detailed instructions how to use the controller.
3) Hmm is it worth it? I definitely would say yes because it increases the level of "fun" I have on COD a lot!! I would have stopped playing COD months ago if I didn't have a mod. It is great shooting semi auto guns full auto, and knowing you always have an advantage over your opponents is great :mrgreen:
4) As far as I know, Tyr's hand is already programmed and you cannot change the way the controller is programmed, Thor's Hammer you can update your controller by using a computer and the free software provided by Viking, and The Ravin has tac switches on the back of the controller for easy game mode switching and I think you're able to do a little bit more with it. The Hammer was good enough for me and I believe I mad the right choice. It's a great controller at a great price. Just ask yourself, where are you going to find another one just like it for less???
5) I am unsure about using the software with a MAC
6) Idk why a mod company would sell you a broker controller but if it were not to work just send it back. Viking has great customer service

I have heard other customers with mac's using "bootcamp" to use the Viking360 software (as its windows based).

If for some reason your controller is broken upon arrival just open a support ticket via the main website explaining your problem and it will be covered by the 3 month warranty that your controller comes with

Also for the Tyr's Hand controller, are the modes programmed like shown in the video? Or do I need to program them myself? I'm lost. Also does Tyr's hand also work for COD WAW?

Yes they come programmed with the all in one preset. Also the first mode is for COD5.

Alright well I was just about to order the Tyr's Hand controller, it's 109$.

I live in Canada Quebec.

So 109$ for the controller, how much does shipping and handling cost with the tax? I mean like in total including the controller, tax and shipping and handling.

I deleted your 5 other threads. Ben has warned you several times not to start new topics. Call your local post office and ask them why it costs so much to ship to canada. Then ask yourself why do I live in canada. You are basically spamming these forums with your threads.

You can go through the checkout to the stage where it calculates shipping without being charged or handing any card details over.

They ship with fedex now I think.

Anyways, Shipping outta the US pretty much always makes the prices sky-rocket.
Same goes for any out of country order. Kinda just how it is.

So if I receive it defective somehow, I'd have to pay 41$ for shipping back and 41$ to ship it back to my house? That's insane, I calculated the entire cost and it's 172.5$

109$ for the controller, 41 for shipping and 22.5 in tax.

Personally? Yes I would because shipping always adds up no matter what company it is.
The company (Viking360) doesn't come up with the shipping prices, that's handled by which ever company or such actually ships it.

They only charge 109$ for that single device, not everything that follows it.

I own both the Raven and the Hammer.
The Raven was bought thru a member on here used and it works perfectly.

I mean seriously bro, the chances of the controller not working isn't even in the books.
I don't even work for them and I know they check for quality before they ship it off.

But like I've said, they don't control shipping prices.
So attacking them isn't going to get you anywhere.

theres over 730 forum members with over 1176 topics and 10393 posts that you can browse through. There's no way a company would waste that much time and money just to scam a few people before word got out there was a scam going on. It wouldnt be worth it at all. Think about that.

and if you want reviews. Go to youtube and search viking360 review. You'll find tons of them.
