All of our controllers are built-to-order. Modded controllers may take 1 to 3 business days to assemble prior to shipment. Shipping is via the Federal Express (Fedex). Items are packed well, insured, and require an adult signature upon delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are purchasing from outside of the United States, you are responsible for any additional import duties or taxes imposed by your government."
I did not receive my Ragnarok mod chip yesterday and fedex says it was delivered. Also says a signature wasn't required, Why does the vikingdigital website say it will, NO exceptions, yet it wasn't the case for me. So now I am out a ragnarok mod chip and the 40 spent.
Also a number would be nice to reach you guys, rather then having to post here, and wait for a response. I wouldn't mind a 1 on 1 customer service.
