"Shipping & Delivery
All of our controllers are built-to-order. Modded controllers may take 1 to 3 business days to assemble prior to shipment. Shipping is via the Federal Express (Fedex). Items are packed well, insured, and require an adult signature upon delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you are purchasing from outside of the United States, you are responsible for any additional import duties or taxes imposed by your government."

I did not receive my Ragnarok mod chip yesterday and fedex says it was delivered. Also says a signature wasn't required, Why does the vikingdigital website say it will, NO exceptions, yet it wasn't the case for me. So now I am out a ragnarok mod chip and the 40 spent.

Also a number would be nice to reach you guys, rather then having to post here, and wait for a response. I wouldn't mind a 1 on 1 customer service.

Hmmm that is really fishy someone messed up on either Fed Exs side or on Vikings side. However I would go immediately make a support ticket at the help desk linking this forum and your dissatisfaction. I hope you can get it all figured out man. Sorry to hear a story like this. The only thing I can think of is that chips have a different policy. I have sent and received items 3 times and never had to sign for them. Actually I am pretty sure thats a new policy at Viking.

U should check around to your neighbors houses. Fed Ex is horrible about this last time i ordered from them they dropped my chip off at my neighbors house. Even if u follow the tracking number sometimes they will say its been delivered before they even deliver the package. they sign it off themselves to save there self's time. Its not Vikings fault Fed ex is really supposed to have someone sign off. U need to check the tracking number and see who delivered the package and wrote it off confirmed then u need to contact the local Fed Ex company tell them u did not sign off for and receive any package and they should get u taken care of and that driver will get it for messing up. But just go around your neighborhood to similar houses that share close addresses to yours, it will more than likely be at a neighbors house and hopefully u have some honest neighbors. Also hopefully they did not leave it on your front door they have also been known to just leave packages on the front door of houses and some dis honest person could take it. Check the tracking number contact local fed ex see who delivered it and report that u never received the package. Sorry about all of this I know its stressful but it will work its self out and try what i have just listed and see if that helps u out.

Thanks Brian, I do know all my neighbors, and also checked around their houses. The tracking number says the package wasn't required to have a signature. Just very disappointed by not getting it, was looking forward to getting it all week, and also the store is now out of stock on them.

I don't see how this is vikings fault. More like FedEx's fault to me. I would like to also add that if a company like fedex or UPS has delivered to a residence multiple times or a person and doesn't feel like the person would try to steal from them, then they would just leave it and not worry about a signature. I'm not trying to say that you're a thief just do some investigating before you come here and say that viking employees are are trying to steal from you.
