I found a couple really nice firefox add-ons, feel free to post any of your own. Any non-firefox users reading this don't post or spam this thread :D

Add-On
My Review

Auto-Pager
a Firefox extension which automatically loads the next page of a site inline when you reach the end of the current page for infinite scrolling of content. By default AutoPager works with a ton of sites, including Lifehacker, the New York Times, Digg, eBay, Amazon, Yahoo, YouTube, flickr, live, msn, myspace, wikipedia, ebay, taobao,Twitter and, of course, Google.

This is really useful for when you're browsing pages on a website. Instead of hitting the page number or the next button, auto scroll will automatically load the next page

Invisible Hand 2.4
Automatically get the lowest price when you shop online. InvisibleHand shows a discreet notification when a better price is available on a product you're browsing or shopping for. Covers over 100 retailers in the US, UK and Germany.

I haven't seen how well this works, I'm not a big online shopper, but I know it will come in handy for others.

Skipscreen
SkipScreen is a free Firefox add-on that skips the clicking and waiting on sites like RapidShare, Megaupload, Mediafire, zShare, and more!
Never download music without it.

For anyone who likes to download using media sites like megaupload or rapidshare, this add on will automatically count down the wait time for downloading the file. I have used this for a lot of things it really works well.

This is a must-have for firefox users.

Adblock Plus 1.2.2
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1865/
Adblock Plus allows you to regain control of the internet and view the web the way you want to. The add-on is supported by over forty filter subscriptions in dozens of languages which automatically configure it for purposes ranging from removing online advertising to blocking all known malware domains. Adblock Plus also allows you to customize your filters with the assistance of a variety of useful features, including a context option for images, a block tab for Flash and Java objects, and a list of blockable items to remove scripts and stylesheets.

These things actually work? They seem a little too good to be true to me...

Of course they do, there are thousands of add-ons for Firefox. I don't see why it would seem like it was too good to be true. It's the most popular web browser out there and has been for the past couple of years now,
