You must be a Beta tester for Elite! I just joined the group and was watching this last night. The great thing is that every weapon is detailed in this manner with a video. I was very su****ious of Elite, but after browsing the site I think I may actually pay for a premium membership. The load out they give in this video is helpful, but you still have to deal with the Black Ops problems.
