Halo reach fast reload

Can anyone help me with or create for me,a fast reload for the automatic rifle on halo reach please...BTW...I don't know what slight of hand is or means!!!!!

Sleight of hand is a perk for the cod games.

I don't think there are fast reloads on Halo... It's typically a COD term, and then perfect active reloads is for GOW...
