HELP! My joysticks dont work, right out of the box!

my left and right joysticks dont work right, the inputs are messed up on them. i cant do anything with the joysticks and i literally just unboxed my controller

That is the strangest problem I have ever heard of. Did you sync it to your console?

Are you sure maybe the game or settings are different them what you are used to? IE Up is down and left is right?
