Help!! USB NOT RECOGNIZED

I have been plugging in my Macro controller and all of a sudden I'm getting a pop up that says USB NOT RECOGNIZED, CAN THIS BE FIXED?

Have the same problem. Try unplugging the battery hold down the start button and then plug the battery pack back in.
