help with hex??

i wanted to test speeds for the m21 to see how fast it can go without skipping and what a good speed was but when i go to do Program and verifiy the txt at the bottom says Program/Verifiy Failure??? i need help to fix this i think my roommate might have deleted a file he wasn't suppose to or something.

Find the old bootloader and enable Word Processing, also; there is a newer version of the HIDBootloader out than the one you're using.

It will sayit fails but it will still work just reset the device.

ya i know its been a while, but ya i got it to work it says failure sometimes but ya it works.
