Help?

My controller wont connect to my computer Or xbox. the rechargeable battery pack wont charge when i plug it in. what should i do?

STEP 1: Make sure you have FRESH BATTERIES.

Fresh, AA batteries.

You aren't being specific enough. Have you tried syncing the controller? Does the controller turn on at all?

ive used it all before. it used to work perfectly. it might be the cord. it turns on with batteries but the cord wont connect my controller to anything

It is the cord then it would appear. Buy a new cord and STOP USING THE BROKEN CORD RIGHT AWAY. I've seen cords break controllers.

Honestly with the cost of shipping, it may be better just to pick one up from gamestop, bestbuy, etc. They are $15-$20.
