Please help! Need to purchase a wire for Hammer Controller

I have a Thor's Hammer and I lost the original wire (to program the different modes via USB, not to charge it). I have purchased several 2.5MM to USB wires off of Ebay and none of them seem to work. They all have three black rings around the jack, where the original one had two black rings.

My question is: WHERE CAN I BUY THE WHITE USB CABLE TO PROGRAM MY CONTROLLER?!?

I can't get a hold of anybody at Viking because I don't remember the email I used when I purchased. Can anyone please help me order the wire? Please help!

I need to contact somebody in sales, yet there are no contact links on the site. I need to purchase the white USB wire that programs the Thor's Hammer. NOT THE PLAY AND CHARGE CABLE.

Is there any way I can contact sales to purchase that wire? I neeeeeeeeeeeeed to reprogram my controller from Modern Warfare2 to BlackOps and I can't without the white wire.

YES! I did go on ebay, and none of those work. I need the original one from Viking because I've used ones from Fry's Electronics, Office Depot, Ebay, etc. None of them will work. They all have three black rings and .... Please help me buy a wire?

It's the exact same cable as an ipod shuffle charger. Just go to best buy and buy an ipod shuffle charger and you should be good to go

This is actually the cord for the iPod shuffle. Look at your local electronics store and it is the cord for the iPod shuffle(3.5mm to USB)

the cable you're looking for should be a 3.5mm to usb cable, not a 2.5mm to usb cable.

also, as stated above, they are the same as an ipod shuffle cable. You can get those at pretty much any best buy
