how do i make my m16 auto rapidfire?

ive messed with some macros

list of what i've tried in the macro library
"5-SPSM16-Rapidfire"
"BlackOpsAutoM16"
"BlackOpsRapidfire9.6spsM16"

all these seem to be the same like i can hold down the trigger and shots will come out at the same rate, but it doesn't seem to be spitting out shots like a commando or anything. am i missing something? i'm new to all this so i was wondering if someone can help me out. i don't totally understand the timeline either.

You would have to time it to pull the trigger RIGHT AS the three bullets finish being shot.
But, i dont think you will ever get a commando-like effect :(

If you use the anti-recoil macro forth m14
or 8.9 rapid fire for the FAL, those are really fast.

i saw the whole "jitter yy slow" thing but theres alot of them up. which ones the right one and where do i sync it up on my controller layout wise? like LT or RT or something?
