i need help with my thors hammer controler

i dont know what is wrong with it. when i put a batery pack in the fourth player controler led comes on and just stays on and thats it i cant put it into programable mode or connect it to the xbox or anything. so i need to know what is wrong and how i could fix it

Hi calebeastwood if you bought recently you have a six month warranty, if you're out of warranty they can still diagnose for free and give you a repair quote and you can decide to pay or just have them send the controller back.
