When i turn on the controller the LEDs wont turn on and i cant connect my controller to the PC because it wont go in programing mode

OK get fresh new AA batteries.

Put them into the battery pack.

Take the battery pack out of the controller.

Hold start on the controller.

Keep holding start - insert the battery pack. 2 LEDs should go on. Let me know if they do not.

That shouldn't matter. Can you do this for me? Have your xbox off and press start on the controller with the controller off. If the xbox 360 turns on, there is a problem with your controller and you need to send it in. http://viking360.com/support/support-tickets

if i press it and release it, the xbox doesnt turn on, but if i hold the start button it turns the xbox on
