i ordered a trys hand an it sent me an email 3 days later saying please give us the full name of the ship-to adress what does that mean and how do i change it please help i would be very gratful

Why not answer the e-mail help ticket that was sent to you asking for the address? We've been waiting for two customers that didn't include their shipping information when they entered their gift card to contact us. We check the support tickets 3-4 times a day, we don't troll the forums nearly as often. Also support tickets have the ability to keep your information private, we don't want to post names and addresses in the forums for all the internet to see :)
