would it be possible to make a macro for a guitar hero game and make it hit all the notes?

It would to an extent. Longer macros tend to mess up more the longer they are but if u were to hit another tac switch during a pause in the song and keep the macro going then possibly.

You would have to do this technique several times though since the recommended time for a macro would be around 30 seconds.
