Lagg in rust?

For some reason, When I turn my raven on and I just warm up or play on rust with my FAL it lags and skips hella bad.. And I wanna know what speed I should put it on.
Heres my settings:
Mode 1 - Rainbow six: Vegas 2 (Cause its fast on MW2, But I barely use it now)
Mode 2 - Custom Speed "14.20 shots" (It lags only on rust, But fast as hell in any other map)
Mode 3 - Custom Speed "27.40 shots" (Again fast as hell, But lags on Rust... )

And I have a bunch of other modes, But those are the main ones I use on MW2...

So if anyone could give me some perfect speeds or more better speeds or even some tips would nice and appreciated.

Just use 27.40 and 13.80 don't use 14.20 or rainbow six vegas speeds.
