left 2nd tac switch not working

I got my viking yesterday morning all perfect but a tac switch is not working...
Ive tried everything but seems that theres something in the hardware but im not sure, ive already open a support ticket but i wanna know some opinions, if i have to pay to ship it for warranty (hope not ) and if they repair it or replace the controller.

If it is under warranty, they will replace it. If your tac switch is not working 100% and you are positive, then open a support ticket. If you live in the United States (other than possibly Alaska and Hawaii), shipping is free. They will give you a shipping label. I can't speak for other countries.

As long as you didn't break the tac switch with a hammer, or tampered with the controller, they will fix it for free if you have purchased in the last 90 days and you bought it off of viking360.com and not from ebay, the black market, a friend, etc.

100% positive yeah bought from viking360.com ah and when i record a macro if ihave a rapid fire on the right trigger it turns on...thanks anyway 4 the answer :mrgreen:

So if the tac switch turns on, then what is the problem? That means the tac is working. When doesn't the tac work?

i activate the turbo with a right tac switch the only 1 tac switch that doesnt work is the tac on left back the controller the other 5 tac switches work great

Gotcha. Like I said if it is a hardware problem from viking360 they will gladly repair your controller.

Alright, just let viking360 know via support ticket when you'd like it repaired, and make sure you do it before the 3 month warranty is up.
