limiter question

I wanting to buy the stealth and just wondering if on COD5 you have just dropped it so it shoots under the limit or does the controller actually beat the limiter

It actually beats the 8.33 SPS limiter. Several mods shops are up around 12 SPS. Anyone claiming speeds higher than 12 SPS - watch their videos and count the shots in your head, they are chock full of BS.
