Macro Tac Switch Failure

Hello, This is pretty much to Matt, but I have a Viking macro, with original boxes and everything. I bought it back when it was for $450, thats how much i loved it!
But i have a issue, the bottom right side tac switch has quit working. I was wondering if i could send it in, how much it would cost to get it fixed in total.

Open up a ticket at the help desk at viking360.com, they will get you squared away (even if you ordered a long time ago, just start a new account at viking360.com and then submit a ticket at the helpdesk they will get it fixed up for you in a jiffy)
