You can go to walmart, a grocery store, target, hannaford, a lot of places other than those as well! You can go there and get a prepaid credit card. The macro is the only controller for the xbox 360 that you will ever need and you don't need to send it in to have updates!

Let me explain the firmware update process that everyone seems to hate. Plug your controller into your computer, close viking software while updating. After that download firmware from http://Viking360.com , Then update, unplug and go own people again with the best Modded Controller on the planet. Just thought I'd give him the rundown of when a new firmware comes out. Just to show how simple it is.Just a little note: You will not need to update your firmware when you get the controller. It comes with the latest firmware. Sometimes you have to re-update your firmware to fix problems. Mostly though, you just use the viking360 macro software.
