It gets you to 10th prestige, and all challenges/all titles and emblems.
20$ for prestige, 20$ for challenges, or 40$ for both.
Search nationalvalues on ebay if you want to buy it through an auction,
or you can just send money as gift to nationalvalues@gmail.com through paypal, and make sure to leave your gamertag and whether you'd like prestige or challenges.
I've used this guy for me and like 4 other friends, so he's legit.
And i've asked him and he won't take microsoft points, sorry.
