Is this glitch patched because I know a lot of people are scamming!

No the 10th/unlock all lobbies/1 kill=5000 kills/1 kill=1000000 points lobbies are all not patched yet.
There are tons of scammers though so be careful

Looks legit

I wondering join tonight myself . Only thing i am worried about is the high k/d ratio and score you get, maybe bannable????? According too the people on the forum its not, cause its only risk getting banned if your 10 prestige with under 10 days of playing, or top 100 in score and k/d ratio.

The tech game has plenty of lobbies that get confirmed by admins so you know the lobby is legit
