MW3 - MK14 preferred rapidfire speed?

MW3 - Type-95 and MK14 rapidfire speed

what is a good speed (shots-per-second) to set for these weapon? WITH RAPIDFIRE AND WITHOUT IT

The fire rate cap for the type 95 without rapid fire is 5 sps, so somewhere around there.

mk14 withough 7.1-7.4 sps depending on your connection, with rapid fire is around 8.3-8.6 sps also depending on your connection, lagg comp and otherwise
