My Controller Wont Go Into Bootloader Mode HELP. i hold the sync button then turn it on and it wont go into bootloader mode. i dont know whats wrong. can someone help me ..

remove the battery pack hold the sync button and while holding the sync button plug the b-pack back and turn the controller on
