My rapid fire is not working on MW3

I downloaded your tester.vks and the red, green, yellow, and blue are not working. The purple only works sometimes. I have completed a firmware update and have verified that I am using the latest software. Please Help!!!

When did you buy the controller? Did you buy off of viking360.com? Was the software from viking360.com ?

The purple works some of the times, but not every?

Are you using brand new AA batteries?

I brought the controller from Viking360.com in July. I received it in August. All the software and firmware I've been using is straight from the website. I changed the batteries and have ran the test 4 more times and the rapid fire is not working for any of the pages. I was looking at the tester .vkm and accidentally loaded a rapid fire I manually recorded onto the purple. That's why I believed it was working.
