I'm sorry but you should have returned it sooner. There is a 90-day warranty that covers any defects in wiring, modchip and any manufacturer's defects in the controller itself.

If you're 90 days are up, there's nothing we can do for you. We can try looking up your order info to see if you're still within the 90 days maybe though? You can either post here or send me a PM with your last name or e-mail address that was used on the order.

Now here is a life lesson worth learning. Hopefully you can learn from your mistakes and not make the same in the future. I hate to tell you but your own personal excuses for not reporting the errors are not good enough.

The kid that started this whole thread is alright! I'm saying this now so us at Viking360 don't have to read a bunch of post like this one from apcoop7. Crazyman is still under warranty, but only by 2 days. Lucky for him he didn't put it off any longer! :D

I know apcoop7 that you were trying to spit some knowledge onto this kid, which is good! But I just had to use you as an example since you were the first post after we have solved the problem.

OK Crazyman, apparently you can't read either! Please read this quote, it was left by E or as you see his name on the forums as odingalt but we all know him as the Big BossMan. Why? Because he is the Master Mind behind the scenes and owner of Viking360.

So please do what he say's! Send him a private message, (this is also know as a PM) and tell him your name and when you bought the controller; also it wouldn't hurt the matter if you had your order number/receipt from your transaction when you bought the controller. If you had that with the other information and put that all into a PM and sent it to him; that would be awesome and would also help/speed up the process for E as he helps you with this matter.

So please, please do as he says and stop sending me PM's asking the same questions over and over again. Just like your last post here on the forums! Just send E a PM with the information that I listed. This is my last time saying this to you, I have already told you this in three reply messages but for some reason it hasn't sunk into your head yet! CONTACT

Sent him a PM with the shop address. Said we will do a diagnosis but that the controller had better not been tampered with (i.e. SHELL SWAP attempt gone wrong like 95% of our other returns) or we won't do the repairs for free.
