Need help with Berserker info needed

I recieved my Berserker today never recieved forge log in as of yet, I do have an open ticket for it, yes, I have checked my spam folder. So anyways, I have the top 2 led lights that stay on in blue is this normal, I also noticed that my bottom right paddle has rapid fire and the left has jitter are these ajustable meaning can I change the speed. Thanks
