Need help with timeline.

Trying to make a macros for CVIPERS HARD TRIAL 3 in SF4, the SSF4 macros wont work.

I have edit a macros that does all the hits except the last Ultra Combo, no matter what I do in timeline I can not get the following to come out fast enough:

DPAD/Stick --- Down/DownForward/Forward/Down/DownForward/Forward/LB

I have spaced the pad movements as close as I can but I keep getting the combo Down/DownForward/Forward/LB instead. Is there a way to speed up just 1 part of timeline

The farther to the left your macros are the faster they are executed. Then the speed multiplier in the top right hand corner in the gear box thing.
