I assume you just recently got you controller. I'm not sure when you placed your order but if it was before the 21st you'll need to apply the Driver Update v1.1 When you open the editor software it should show you in the upper right hand corner what version driver you have, make sure it's 1.1 and also to see what settings are already on your controller and to edit them click the read existing settings button and they will all pop up, then you can edit them to whatever you like. At the end click write shown settings
i download the customization sofrtware but dont know how to get to the editor on the program???
Do you truly have a ragnarok controller or a macro controller?

I feel like he just didn't click the read existing settings button because at first it just shows everything set to 1 or he installed it and since I don't think it creates a desktop shortcut he couldn't find the program??? IDK, I tried to help as best as I could but the question was unclear. Merk OH, do you mind clarifying what you were trying to ask?
