Have you tried the rapid fire that I have made? It works pretty good with the dragunov. If its not fast enough I can try to make it faster tomorrow.

I just tested my rapid fire on the dragunov and its pretty quick man! Maybe you arent using the correct one. Are you using this rapid fire: http://library.viking360.com/?macro=1053

Yep Im glad it worked out good. That rapid fire is pretty quick. Be careful dont shoot anyone or anything with it haha.

It does have some recoil to it but not too bad. Nothing I would use though.
